Great view of the river and surrounding area from the hotel. The location was also very convenient for exploring the city on foot. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive.
The guest rooms and lobby were outdated and in need of renovation. The decor was drab and old-fashioned.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it was a truly remarkable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff here went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of exceptional. The location of this place is simply fantastic - right at the Bandai bridge, it feels like the heart of the city where everything is within reach. The service provided by the friendly and attentive staff was top-notch, making me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay. Additionally, the room amenities provided were excellent, from the cozy sitting area to the well-stocked mini-bar. I also appreciated the available room service and laundry facilities, which added to the overall convenience and comfort of my stay.
I had an amazing experience at this venue. I would highly recommend it to my family and friends for its prime location, exceptional service, and the quality of amenities provided.

Spent Christmas at a hotel in Niigata and had a fantastic experience! The views from the room were absolutely breath-taking and the facilities were top notch. We got a great deal for the holiday season and the location was perfect, as we were able to walk to many of the attractions nearby. the breakfast offered both Japanese and Western options, which was a nice touch.
The room was quite small, which made it a bit difficult to fit all of our luggage. the amenities provided were limited, with only one set of towels for each person.

Location is great, close to the bridge and easily accessible to the town's main areas with plenty of pubs and restaurants. By the river, providing a nice view and peaceful atmosphere. The room was decent with ample space, and the bathroom was clean with necessary amenities. Service was acceptable, and breakfast was sufficient.
The facilities and decor seemed old and outdated, making it less comfortable than expected.
